Frankenjack Cocktail


 We bought this wooden shepherd in Germany some years ago and thought he would fit into the picture.








Here we are at the 26th day at the cove

My outside thermometer says it's 104 degrees on my back patio! - so we are still inside. (the sensor is in the sun)

Tonight it will be a 'Frankenjack Cocktail'
It is another gin based drink.

The recipe from the Bartender's Guide (page no. 84):

1 oz gin
3/4 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 teaspoon Triple Sec

Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass
Serve with a cherry.

It is very good - try it sometime.
