Eclipse Cocktail

August 28 - almost the end of the summer!
This is the 33rd cocktail we've fixed - some were good and some not so good.
This one was in the middle, a little sweet for our tastes.

This one is an 'Eclipse Cocktail'
Grenadine
1 oz gin
2 oz Sloe gin
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Put enough grenadine into cocktail glass to cover a ripe olive.
Mix the other ingredients in ice and pour onto the grenadine so that they do not mix.

This was sort of neat - the olive floated on top of the grenadine.
The picture didn't show the layers, and they were hard to see.
