23 days into our adventure.....
More rain almost all day, now it's stopped so we got to sit outside for a while.
Page 191 has 3 cocktails starting with X. I decided to make a 'Xanthia Cocktail'
(I wonder if you can find this one in Jamaica? it's pretty good!)
3/4 oz cherry brandy
3/4 oz yellow Chartreuse
3/4 oz gin
Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Yellow Chartreuse? I thought Chartreuse WAS a yellow- heh heh
