Japanese Cocktail

I picked a 'Japanese Cocktail' tonight from page 106 in the Bartender's Guide.

2 oz Brandy (E&J XO)
1 1/2 teaspoon Orgeat Syrup
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 dash Bitters

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Add twist of lime peel.

This drink was quite good, well worth a repeat.
