Hawaiian Cocktail
From page 97 in Mr Boston Official Bartender's Guide
2 Oz. Gin (Haymon's Old Tom)
1 Tbsp. Pineapple Juice (1/2 Oz.)
1/2 Oz. Triple Sec (leRoux)
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
A pretty good drink. The pineapple juice softened the gin taste but didn't overpower the taste. We both enjoyed the cocktail.
